How we treat reviews
- Only a signed-in PlatPost account can write a review, and each account writes one.
- We read every review before it goes live, and we read them in the order they arrive. We approve every review that follows this policy, good or bad. We never hold back or hide a review because it is negative.
- A change to a review sends it back for approval, so we read the new words too. The same applies to a new profile picture, and a picture follows the same reasons as the words.
- We do not pay for reviews, and we give nothing in return for one.
- You can change or delete your own review at any time on this page.
- We refuse, hide or remove a review only for one of these reasons:
- It abuses, threatens or harasses a person.
- It shows someone's personal details.
- It is advertising, spam or a link to another product.
- It is not about PlatPost.
- It is not the writer’s own experience, or it was paid for.
- It breaks the law, or a court or the police told us to remove it.
