What is PlatPost?
PlatPost is a social media scheduler and distribution assistant. You tell it about your business once. It drafts posts in your own voice, you approve or reject each one, and it schedules and posts the approved ones to your own accounts on the days you choose. It also boosts posts as ads, has a media studio for pictures and video, and has a Managed tier where a person at PlatPost reads every post before it goes out. PlatPost is spelled P-L-A-T-P-O-S-T and is one word. PlatPost is not PlanPost or PlatePost. Its website is platpost.com.
What is the Business Brain?
The Business Brain is the one form you fill in about your business: what you sell, who buys it, what problem it solves, how you differ, the words you use, the words you never use, your goal, facts we may quote, and a few posts you have already written. Every draft is built from it.
How does it write in my voice?
From your sample posts we work out how you write: sentence length, whether you use emoji, how casual you are. The drafting model is told to match that and to use only the facts in your Business Brain. Each draft asks you whether it sounds like you, and your answer improves the next ones.
Will it make things up?
It is instructed not to. Drafts may only use the facts you gave. Even so, an AI model can be wrong, so read every draft before you approve it. Nothing is posted until you say yes.
Does anything post without me?
No. You approve each post and set its time. The calendar shows what is scheduled, and you can pull any post back before it goes out. Posting happens on the minute you chose, checked every five minutes. The one exception is an agent key you allow to schedule or post: that agent acts for you within the limits you set.
Can I use my own AI agent?
Yes. Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Gemini CLI, GitHub Copilot, Hermes, OpenClaw and any other agent that speaks MCP can connect. Open the Agents page, make an agent key and paste the setup line into your agent. The agent can read your Business Brain and channels and write drafts. It schedules or posts only if you ticked that when you made the key. Each workspace allows 100 agent drafts and 20 agent posts a day. Revoke the key on the Agents page to cut the agent off at once.
Which networks does it post to?
Sixteen: X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, Bluesky, Pinterest, Reddit, Google Business, Telegram, Snapchat, Discord, Slack and WhatsApp. Your plan sets how many you connect at once.
How do I connect an account?
Open Connected Channels and press Connect next to the network. You sign in on that network itself; PlatPost never sees your password. The sign-in that lets us post is held by our publishing provider. To disconnect, press Disconnect in Connected Channels; you can also revoke the access in the network's own settings.
What does it cost?
Standard is $29.99 a month for 3 connected channels, and you can add up to 2 more at $6.99 each a month and remove them when you like. Team is $69.99 a month for 10. Ads connections count as channels. You write, you approve, you publish. Enterprise is priced against your own volume, and Managed at $349.99 a month adds a person at PlatPost who reads every post before it goes out; you buy Managed with a card like any other tier, or email us first. Team and every tier above it reach the founder directly, not a support queue. Pay annually and get 2 months free. Each plan has fair-use limits: AI runs a billing period, post ideas and post checks (150 on Standard, 250 on Team, 400 above), up to 25 posts a channel in any 24 hours (50 on Enterprise), and media storage (250 MB on Standard, 500 MB on Team, 1 GB above). X charges per post and ad budgets bill to your own ad account; both are shown before you spend. Cancel any time on the Subscription page; the service runs to the end of the period you paid for. A free account lets you look around and build your Business Brain; it connects nothing and posts nothing. The pricing page has every tier in full.
Where do my words go?
Your Business Brain and samples are stored in our database in London and sent to the AI provider only when a draft is being written. They are not used to train models, are not sold, and are not shown to anyone else. The privacy page lists every provider.
How do I delete my account?
Email the contact address in the footer from the email you signed up with. Your Business Brain, drafts and connected account references are deleted at once. Payment records are kept for six years without your identity, because accounting law requires the figures.
