Essentials is new (help article 1 April 2026) and has no inbox, no approvals. Professional and Advanced give unlimited profiles. Add-on prices (Listening, Premium Analytics, Advocacy, Professional Services) are not published. Trellis Plus is an add-on at USD 35 a user a month (USD 28 annual) for 1,000 credits; only Trellis Chat and Studio use credits. The help centre refused a direct page fetch (HTTP 403), so each article was read through the help centre's own JSON endpoint (support.sproutsocial.com/api/v2/help_center/en-us/articles/<id>.json) and is cited by its article URL. The API docs page says 'the appropriate plan'; the pricing page and the Advanced plan article put the API on Advanced.
